The Tradeshow, Continuing Education and the AGM will be held at the RBC Convention Centre, Winnipeg. Hotel rooms are available at the Delta Hotel, 350 St. Mary Ave.

Meals
Breakfasts and lunches are complimentary for CE attendees. The Joint Luncheon with the Optometrists will be held in Meeting Room 2, Main floor of the RBC Convention Centre.
Tradeshow
The Tradeshow will be held in Meeting Room 2/3, Main Floor of the RBC Convention Centre, on Friday, April 17, 2026 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Free with CE registration or $35 per person without CE. Pre-registration is required to enter the Tradeshow.
Continuing Education, AGM & CPR
Continuing Education and the Annual General Meeting will be held in the Meeting Rooms on the Main Floor of the RBC Convention Centre accessible through the East Concourse doors.
President's Celebration
