Optometric Assistants, Optometric Technicians, Manitoba Para-Optometric Association members, Optical Consultants, Opticians, and pre-optometry students.

 

Registration and payment must be received before registration is final.

Registrations received after April 9 are subject to a $25 late fee + GST.

Payment can be made by cheque to Manitoba Association of Optometrists or through CIBC, BMO, RBC, Scotiabank, TD, or most Manitoba Credit Unions by online banking, phone banking, or at your branch. Find us listed as Manitoba Association of Optometrists or MB ASSOCIATION OF OPTOMETRISTS (depending on the bank). To pay through your bank, you will need an account number; if you don't know your account number, contact the MAO office, mao@optometrists.mb.ca. If you are asked for a longer account number, add zeros at the end. Payments can also be made by e-transfer to accounts@optometrists.mb.ca. 

Accommodation: All events will be held at the RBC Convention Centre, 375 York Ave, Winnipeg. Rooms are available at the Delta Hotel, 350 St. Mary Ave, under the group name "Manitoba Association of Optometrists".
